Pop in a fresh set of batteries. Always remove batteries when you're not using your toy, as some can slowly drain even when turned off. Taking them out helps extend battery life and keeps your toy in top shape.

Did You Put in Enough of the Right Kind of Batteries?

Toys vary in the type and number of batteries they need. Be sure to check the packaging, included leaflet, or the 'Specifications' section on the product page for the exact battery requirements.

Check the Battery Compartment

Some vibrators come with batteries already inserted. Look for a small paper disc in the battery compartment; it needs to be removed before the toy will turn on.

Are the Batteries Sealed in Plastic?

Some toys come with batteries wrapped in a clear plastic seal. They won’t work until the seal is removed, so be sure to peel it off before inserting them.

Is Your Toy Rechargeable?

Be sure to charge your toy for the recommended amount of time. Most rechargeable toys have an indicator light - usually flashing while charging and solid when fully charged - so check the instructions to confirm.

Don't Use Rechargeable Batteries

We recommend using standard (non-rechargeable) batteries. Rechargeable batteries are often slightly larger and can make it difficult to close the battery compartment properly. For the best performance, avoid using rechargeable batteries in our toys.

Is the Battery Compartment Cover Screwed on Well?

With many twist-base toys, it's important to ensure the battery cover is tightened as much as possible - sometimes one extra twist is all it takes to get the toy working. On older toys, the internal springs can become compressed and may not make proper contact with the batteries. A gentle tug on the spring can help restore the connection and get things running smoothly again.

My Toy Smells Weird

Rubber, PVC, and vinyl dildos often have a strong smell due to the types of material and manufacturing process. While there’s no instant fix, the scent should fade over time with regular cleaning using warm water and a special toy cleaner specific to these types of products.
